The Latest on the Stag Hollow Wildfire

A wildfire started on Monday, September 20 off of the intersection of Stag Hollow Road and Glade Road located southwest of Fort Collins. The vegetation fire grew quickly with the 10 to 15 mile per hour winds and gusts up to 20 miles per hour at times.

Currently, the size of the Stag Hollow Fire remains at 17.6 acres burned with a total of 50 percent containment. Precipitation in the overnight hours helped fire crews on the scene to not allow the fire to grow any further according to Poudre Fire Authority.
