Bend, Oregon – Kawak Aviation is now testing a new fire bucket for helicopters. The Cascade bucket is capable of holding 2,000 gallons of water and when released for sale will be the largest fire bucket available for helicopters made in the United States, filling in just over 1 minute.
Kawak Aviation also makes drop tanks for helicopters, including the S-70i and HH-60L as seen on Cal Fire’s new S-70i fleet and Ventura County’s HH-60L among many others.
