CAL FIRE Receives Tenth Fire Hawk From United Rotorcraft

Last week’s delivery of the tenth Fire Hawk from United Rotorcraft brings CAL FIRE closer to the completion of their original contract delivery of twelve aircraft ordered through Fire Hawk supplier United Rotorcraft.

The tenth aircraft will serve at the Bieber Helitack base in California, joining now dozens of other Fire Hawk aircraft around the state that serve agencies such as Los Angeles County Fire, San Diego Fire, Ventura County, SDG&E, and many others.

United Rotorcraft continues to fulfill orders for the Fire Hawk, nearing completion of the Colorado Department of Fire Prevention and Control Fire Hawk that is expected to be delivered before the end of this year.
