Representative Nikki Budzinski of the 18th District of Illinois took time out on the house floor yesterday during a legislative session to honor fallen Dauntless Air aerial firefighter Juliana Turchetti in a moving tribute.
Juliana was lost on July 10, during an aerial firefighting mission, flying a Fire Boss while responding to the Horse Gulch fire near Helena, Montana.
