SPEARFISH — A fire began Saturday afternoon west of Crow Peak.
The Mill Fire was reported at 4:16 p.m. It is located between Beaver Creek and Mill Creek.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.Law enforcement officers have roads in the vicinity closed to traffic except local traffic.
The one-acre fire is being attacked by hand crews as well as a helicopter and single engine air tanker.
