Howell Receives Order from PJ Helicopters for the UH-60 Blackhawk Avionics Suite

Howell Announces Partnership with PJ Helicopters as Launch Customer for CH-47 Avionics Modernization Suite

Fort Worth, TX 3/10/2025—Howell Instruments is pleased to announce it has received a new order from PJ Helicopters for the upgrade of two UH-60 Blackhawk panels. This order denotes the importance of the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and performance while offering significant cost savings. This is part of a broader agreement that includes the potential for an additional 10 UH-60 Avionics Suites. 

"We are excited to take this next step with the Howell UH-60 Avionics Suite, as these upgrades will significantly enhance our operations," said Derek Spooner, Avionics Director of PJ Helicopters. "The initial order of two units, with the potential to add up to 10 more, demonstrates our confidence in the system’s capabilities and the long-term benefits it will bring to our business." 

Marc Paganini, President and CEO of Howell stated, “We are happy to have PJ Helicopters as a customer for our new UH-60 Avionics Suite. This demonstrates the merits of our affordable solution for the commercial and military UH-60 operators.”
